      the company is relatively large in scale of operations,so you will have great challenges and you will gain much experience

      sounds like management team on the top of the hierarchy dont really care about other than themselves.

      Terminal Operator at Yara North America

      Pros

      They're an International Organization, a Green Company, I personally enjoyed working with the Terminal Manager and Coworker on a daily basis.

      Cons

      I was only hired as a Temporary Employee, and was not considered eligible for full time employment, primarily due to the Company President directly choosing who to hire as a Full Time Yara Company Employee, the Terminal was very understaffed which sometimes led to shift complications.
