      Pros

      Payment is good, kind coworkers.

      Cons

      The company’s strategy will be followed, no mather what. Employees are involved in process, but have no influence whatsoever. HR at the site in the Netherlands are incompetent and not listening to their employees. The rules are being followed to the letter, without caring about the wellfare of people. There are even lies being told to hold on to their own opinion. Very unacceptable! Careergrowth is depending more on the favour of the supervisors rather than objectively.

      Pros

      Team colleagues were great to work with. Very Interesting industry to have been apart of. Met some wonderful individuals through various parts of the job and being apart of Yara.

      Cons

      No job progression due to management. Poorly run office due to management change - morale suffered. Poor communication in every aspect. Extreme expectations on “normal” workers. No respect.

      Great place to work if you're patient

      Pros

      Great benefits, wonderful people, I enjoy my job.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth. Company prefers to hire from outside versus developing current employees. Pay is mediocre compared to other companies. Lots of politics and little transparancy.
