      Pros

      Good benefits. Easy to get overlooked.

      Cons

      Complicated internal politics. Executive management and direction changes every 3 years. Helps to be Norwegian. Strategic direction is suboptimal and "one size fits all" for different countries and cultures.

      Some of the most passionate and knowledgeable people were my colleagues.

      Cons

      inflexible management style of many of those in power, low people management or leadership role models.
