Pros

Yara is doing a great job with diversity and inclusion. Working with people from all over the world, a real effort is made to make sure everyone is represented and able to contribute their point of view. Puts employee safety first. Work life balance is actively encouraged.

Cons

Very large company makes it hard to move quickly. Complicated approval procedures, unclear decision rights.
