The company has strong vision and values.

Cons

They pretend to care about employees (and it's probably true for people on Europe) but in Latam there's no good conditions. I leave the company because my low salary compared with my responsabilities.

Great pay. Shift schedules for operators can't be beat. 4x10 shift for most day staff means a 3 day weekend every week. Opportunity to work from home for some people.

Cons

Part of a larger organization that can lead to bureaucracy. Belle Plaine, a production facility, currently reports into a Commercial selling function, so our issues are often misunderstood.
