Yara is a firm that produce and sell products that you feel that there are real purpose behind. And the focus the firm has put over the last years on the Sustainability and the focus on Decarbonizing the firm, feels exciting to be a part of.

Cons

It is a big firm, so if you prefer to work for a smaller environment this might not be the place

This company does not have any moral principles. Until the last moment, she supports the dictator in Belarus with money, who imprisoned thousands and killed dozens of people. If you are the same as Yara, if you don’t care about principles, then perhaps you need to go to work there.
