- Good WLB and therefore people with families who desire stability are recommended to come, you won't ever get fired. - Good for unambitious people. come if you want to work in a non-competitive space that big tech hasn't set their eyes on yet, or cannot be bothered to enter i.e. agriculture in emerging markets. - Culture is collaborative, good benefits - Re-org every 3 months but still a stable job

Cons

- Teams working in silos. politics between teams. management does not seem to talk to each other, leaving people who do the day-to-day work to clean up the mess - MBA-type management who are overly-reliant on powerpoint slides and often fail to bring them to reality because they drastically under-estimate the engineering work needed - Inexperienced management who lack proven experience in tech. mostly from traditional background - Scattershot decision-making and constant changes have made progress very difficult and is wearing down even the most optimistic. high staff turnover proves that statement - If you are in a tech role, it will not upgrade your technical skills as compared to working in a tech-focused company
