Work from home to employees outside the office location/city. This makes work-life balance easy most times.
Cons
Frequent layoffs followed by "reorgs and restructuring", leadership changes in every 2 years followed by vision and strategy change. No solid direction, No fair compensation, lost the once-dreamy culture as the people who nurtured it left or were laid off, increments next to none. Just a matter of time till you make it to the yearly retrenchment list.
