Pros

Decent pay of $14.11/hr. after 3 months of fulfilling reasonable "satisfactory" requirements. Training is usually very thorough and it is very rare to be "left in a lurch" though it does happen. Management is extremely communicative, often calling employee meetings to explain downtime (or overtime) and when work flow and hours are expected to be back to normal. Quarterly bonuses ranging from $200 to as much as much as $800.

Cons

As an assembly job it is very very monotonous. Depending on the area you are assigned to you may have very little to almost too much to do within the time limit (which was 2 minutes while I was employed). Moving to different areas during the first few months was far too often for my taste, though this may be a pro to some. Hours can be shaky, over time can be excessive at times (58 hours per week is usually the absolute maximum). Actual employment has been unstable (as of 2009), with only 4 months worked out of 6. Temporary unemployment is given.

Pros

Decient Wage, Some opportunity to advance, but favorites are promoted over skill and knowledge. Great Benefits, and great employees to work with.

Cons

I was with the compnay for 15 years. Finally got a good position to find they expected me to be able to do what they wanted with out telling me how to do it. Like sending emails to Japan with out telling me whom to send them to until It was discussed this would be a disciplanary offence. This did happen a couple times, and not just this, but other tasks I was expecte to (JUST KNOW). I would not allow them to ding my Performance Eval. I spoke with management, they offered a transfer to a different job, but they never pulled that string. I put in my 2 weeks notice. They let me go in 1 week. Managers whom CAN NOT MANAGE are enabled to keep making the same mistakes. Employees treated poorly if they are not liked, worked to death if the are good workers, and let them slide if they are "In the Club". People whom deserve opportunity or promotions are mostly overlooked and taken advantage of.
