It’s a simple job. Load and unload parts for the paint line. Always overtime available

Cons

Supply chain issues causing line down. Supervisors can be toxic depending on what department you are in. Pretty harsh rules on time off and call outs

Very good culture, work life balance, not too much stress and senior manager teams are not bureaucratism. Also work from anywhere, employee rental are the highlights for this company as well.
