Great pay, off mostly weekends, great people to work with, great place to learn new things.

Cons

Management strict blames workers for there mistakes, can't move up even though you have experience in the field unless you're there for more than 4 years or know someone.

Leanis in the Japanese DNA; its not used as an enforcement tool but a true problem solving, defect and waste removal tool. Yamaha utilizes the skillsets of every employee. True Kaizen and Small Group functionality. American companies and American ran foreign companies are practicing Lean decoration (strip the floor, hang signs, clean the building, color indications, reduce material, and eliminate headcount). Yamaha maintains head count while daily continuing to eliminate waste and reduce cost.

Cons

Pay is a little low by comparison but they do offer bonuses. While this is good the overall pay scale is generally to the low end. It's countered by job security
