Pros
Yamaha offers great benefits and pretty decent pay. Some of the benefits includes great medical insurance with anthem blue cross, a great 401k with 6% company match and once you're hired on after being a temp you start with 2 weeks of paid vacation and 10 paid holidays. And you're pretty much guaranteed at least 40+ hours a week.
Cons
It's hard to make plans outside of work during the week and sometimes on saturdays because you never really know until the day before what hours you're going to be working the following day. They have a very strict no fault policy and point system.
