Most racist company you can find. They try to seem diverse by keeping Hispanics on board it’s only because they are California based( where Hispanics are a majority) They have a huge presence in Georgia which is a Mecca for blacks, How is it possible you can’t find one single black person for sr mgmt in a city full of black affluence and prominence. That may be acceptable in other places but in Georgia it is just downright blatant racism and a obvious agenda to not promote colored people. This company needs to fail as it is time to stop allowing such obvious discrimination to continue to be accepted in this day and time.

Very poor customer & franchisee service levels. Company management devoid of empathy and care. Culture of bullying, politicking and back stabbing. Very low level of ethics when dealing with business partners. Questionable commercial activity.
