Great benefits, decent pay, lots of overtime (if you like it)

Cons

People doing easier jobs get same pay, tons of people on FMLA leaving you short handed and having to do more work for same pay. Horrible horrible logistics system that forces workers to work overtime because the company can't get parts or supplies. Some of the most incompetent leadership that only utilizes negative feedback and punishment as a means to get better quality.
