Thank you for the positive comments and 4 star rating about working for YPO! We also appreciate your feedback about your work load and performance expectations. As you probably know after being with YPO for a while now, to stay relevant and create the best possible experience for our members, changes are sometimes necessary. Last year brought several as we aligned our operations to a focused strategy, updated systems and streamlined processes. These dynamic and exciting changes can often lead to extra stress in the interim. YPO is keenly focused on work-life balance as we have shared in several other posts here on Glassdoor. That isn’t changing. Whenever a team member has concerns, we would expect them to raise the topic with their manager, and for their manager to be available to discuss these further. As a next level resource, our HR team is happy to talk about the concerns as well. Once again, thank you for being part of YPO and for all your hard work.
