No consistent structure, high turnover in leadership and extremely unethical HR department. With the members being the primary focus the management team are treated with little to no regard (slave mentality). Retaliation and discrimination run rampant,  constant human resource related lawsuits/settlements. If you value stability and structure, this is not the place for you. They are moving towards a more "member ran" structure.  But for the members this is an extra curricular activity,  for the associates this is how they feed their families. Because of these dynamics if you find yourself in a department with poor leadership I hope your mental health is beyond stable

Typical management. They have no clue what they're doing and no sense. They don't communicate properly. Their onboarding is a joke. I was hired for a position that didn't exist. Complete bait and switch. You'll end up doing nothing but fixing bugs in the corner. I thought they didn't have much attrition at first because most employees have been there more than 5 years. But come to find out, there is high attrition with anyone new that comes aboard. Overall it was a disappointment.
