Pros

Learning environment, opportunity to work on projects/work to build your skillset, part of CEO's learning journey.

Cons

Lots of backstabbing and egos amongst CEOs. ELT members in relationships with members and have the ability to manipulate outcomes that favor their preference.

Pros

If you keep quiet, keep your head down, and don't get in the way, I'm sure you'll be fine.

Cons

It's ironic that YPO takes credit for and is proud of bringing people together to become better leaders. HOWEVER, they can't seem to keep their own leadership team together. 3 CEOs in 4 years guys? How many c-suites and heads of have you eliminated, fired, rehired over and over? If you're looking to become a member, don't. If you're looking to work here, don't.
