Pros

Flexibility and autonomy, culture and mission, meet interesting people.

Cons

Seems to be going downhill lately. Have been losing some key associates as contributions are not perceived as valuable. New CEO is just okay - not bad, but not good either. What made the organization special as a member was its exclusivity and specific qualifications...that is being moved away from and it is becoming more like any other CEO membership org. They're trying to please too many people unnecessarily.

Pros

YPO continues to evolve dynamically and innovatively. The organization is in a growth and high change mode and although that creates stress and tension it is a very exciting time. Engagement is at a high.

Cons

Continual care and communication with team members is important. Listening to pain points can be improved.

Thank you for your feedback. Having an individual, healthy life/work integration strategy and actively listening to the pain points of our organization are very important to our senior leadership team. We gather team member feedback annually through our engagement survey and, as a result, an engagement taskforce subcommittee is now in place and has already begun gathering ideas and building recommendations on how we can continue to set the tone and make continued improvements in this area.
