We appreciate you leaving a review but are sorry to see you did not enjoy your time at YPO. Having close to 100% of our associates working from home around the world is definitely a big plus, as you have mentioned, and it remains something we are proud of. The cons you have listed are useful for us to hear though and every bit of feedback is beneficial. We have a lot to offer our associates and there are not many places who can better our ability to grow and develop the people who work here. Add in our very generous benefits, vacation time and bonus plan, we are able to compete with most other employers. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your review.

Pros

Great people. Global culture and mindset. Wonderful training opportunities for self development.

Cons

Crushing workload. Rapid change without clear focus. Lack of transparency by Senior Leadership with Department heads and global associates regarding business decision. Why ask for associate feedback if the input is disregarded and not acted upon? Poor employee engagement and leadership accountability

Pros

This is a cause based organization whose mission is the support of Better Leaders through Education and Idea Exchange. In reality it is so much more. The programming and structures of learning and confidential connections for CEOs and their families has a deeper and more profound impact. The caring, support and trust that gets established is cascaded through over 125 countries with no political or other discriminatory aspects in play. Unique in the world and worthy celebrating

Cons

The shear volume of activity requires a 7 day a week mentality from staff and member champions as there is something scheduled every day of the year. Stress can be high and care needs to be taken not to burn people out.
