Extreme politics and favouritism at the mid and top level management. No one cares what work you do. Toxic Workplace. I've seen people complaining about their workplace to be toxic, but believe me you don't know about toxic workplace is until you seen how things work here. Zero Work life balance. Unfortunately, my experience with management was negative. Revathy S and Nithin Jose lacked leadership skills, didn’t provide proper guidance, and created a toxic work environment. This significantly impacted team morale and productivity. I wouldn’t recommend working under this leadership."
