      If you really want to change the world with beautifully designed technology that everyone can afford or enjoy:-) Xiaomi really should be the No.1 on your list. Xiaomi also has a extremely flat structure, so the team is smaller, the decisions are made quicker and the pace is much faster, which also means you'll have more opportunities for growth. I'm really grateful for what I've learned and how much I've grown in XIaomi these years.

      Cons

      Xiaomi has very bad work–life balance... this may be a necessary price that has to be paid for opportunities you can receive in a startup company.
