Good work experience during growth phase Easy to become lead of any dept (without a team or increase in salary)

Cons

Low salary, company doesn't believe in giving hike and tries to poach candidates who are working in lesser known brand and at lower salary. Hr dept is painfully slow. None of the hr's are helpful. They work like government officers in a startup. Strategy of the company changes overnight
