      Something new to look forward to all the time in terms of products. HR policies are friendly on an org level not on individual cases.

      Cons

      Sometimes you are in the hands of nincompoops who just lackeys without anything original to contribute who also create a culture/team of the same ilk. Showmanship is rewarded, results take a backseat. Aggressive unsustainable growth where the next guy will handle the pile of garbage that you have erected to achieve your targets.
