You have a job that looks good. But it is not.

Cons

Too much work, and too little workers. Managers are unprofessional and do not even know the market, speak the language or even English. Worst Chinese company. Good workers leave or are fired.

Pros

People are friendly to work with. Great cafeteria and free food-breakfast, lunch and snacks. Free cab service. Few managers are good to work with.

Cons

Technical growth is less for the domains of Development and Testing. Very average hike and the hike process will not be fair always. HRs are not responsive and my hiring HR was very rude to me during the hiring process. WFH during pre-covid time was impossible. A little strict on the timings which is generally 9 to 6pm.
