      Pros

      Xiaomi India as a whole is the best place to work. This is my first company and I feel blessed to work & learn with the Pro Minds here. With the coolest environment and exciting workspace, you can't ask for anything better. The work culture, team collabs/interactions, etc. are also next level. You get to work with diverse minds from all over the country.

      Cons

      Workload and deadlines might be strict sometimes depending on your role.
