      Finance leadership and environment is toxic

      Pros

      Nothing much to highlight. Entire finance department is run by favourites of the top guy.

      Cons

      Finance leadership in India is the worst after the exit of CFO. The department is ruled by favourites of the defacto head. Most of these people have zero technical knowledge, but are surviving only based on stroking egos, diverting blame and claiming credit. The attrition in finance shows clearly where the problem is. Until they fix the rot at the top, they won't be able to retain any top talent.
