      it's an OK place to work but don't stay to long

      Pros

      Hours are not especially long, usually less than 12 hours a day 5 days a week. Selling exciting products that have impacts on day-to-day life of almost everybody. Very good canteen.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive at all in most cases. Chaos everywhere. Lack of anything systematic. Get cons of both small startups and big organizations but not the pros. Lots of politics and red tapes.

      1. The products 2. The local teams

      Cons

      1. The payment 2. No Work Life balance, you have to fake your timesheets to stay within the 8 hour worktime 3. No respect for local staff 4. "Only results count not people" is what the German Managing Director tells his staff 5. No weekends, vacations or sick leave. You have to be available always

      Pros

      Great work- life balance because there's no work, they have no idea what they should be doing. They serve food 👍

      Cons

      Marketing team lacks product understanding, brand vision, or the way marketing works at all to be honest. Nobody knows what they're doing and they're too proud to admit it. They make costly mistakes and then softly lay people off to cover up for it. Also there is a HUGE pay gap between MBA and non MBA. Also number of women to men, who occupy managerial positions is pathetic.
