No such. You get to say it is best place to work certified. Other than that I dont feel any

Cons

HR department is unresponsive and rarely addresses queries. Managers in sales & aftersales departments are known for daily abuse. This is a common experience for everyone in the field. I can provide voice notes as evidence. HR never terminates but coerces resignation. Either through PIP after mid-year review or by putting employees on bench for months before forcing resignation. Refusing resignation results in confiscation of company-provided laptop and email resignation against one's will.
