Friendly Office and engineering environment I was informed that I would be interviewed physically in the Xiaomi Singapore office. The office is nice, comfortable, and quiet. Some engineers are discussing questions on a seat or in a meeting room. The interview lasted about one hour and involved a casual conversation with two senior engineers. However, it really focused on previous experience, detail, and skill proficiency.

Cons

I dislike that there is no work-from-home policy; I need to go to the office for five days.
