You get to work for an organization that makes dirt cheap phones.

Cons

HR team is very irresponsible, and they don't care for the employees and new hires. The interview process sucks big time! when someone comes for a f-f interview, the least thing you can do is to connect to the Technical team, if you fail to do that on time, you are of no use.
