      Nothing fantastic on the company

      They keep lousy staff and terminate honest working staff just because the lousy staff are cronies of some high ranking project directors. The managers in the office are racist and support their own buddies/friends of the same race

      Decent Salary Good Benefits Overall people are great to work with

      Cons

      Hard to get raises so make sure you go in with what you are most happy with for a salary that you can live with for 5 or so years Not all projects are good projects Can be a lot of work

      The company will do everything in its power to not pay you decently and are then surprised when people decide to leave. Its a bit of a shame, Worley is a good company.
