      Worley has Competitive Salaries, good work location.

      Cons

      They will terminate you as soon as you are not billable. They treat Jacobs employees as second tier since they purchased company.

      Used to have excellent benefits: - Above standard paid time off. - Excellent medical benefits. - Excellent dental benefits. Used to have lots of projects.

      Cons

      Exponential increase in horrific management supporting their friends, not fairness to good employees. - Brown-nosers and incompetence get promoted. - Certain employees form subgroups to survive and get managers to join them. Closed door policies. Unfortunately, this company has laid off so many in 2020 that the company is now having only this kind of people. Worley has been downsizing every year in the last 10+ years. Diversity & Inclusion, and Career Opportunities apply to "friends" with management.
