Pros

Insane financial upside, hyper complex and future forward. A ton of super qualified smart people, global culture, good pay and bene's. Bright future someday soon. Vet every offer and team considerably, you don't want to hitch your wagon to a toxic team in what is otherwise a great company

Cons

Mostly solid people and teams with pockets of pure corruption and toxicity. So much obvious corporate largess on display as everyone makes a run for that VC money.

Good people, WLB, Challenging professional questions (in a good way)

Cons

A lot of legacy products that need to be updated, complicated offering for the client which makes it hard to aim for a good strategy going forward. Some processes are extremely slow and old fashioned.
