Been here 8 years. The company culture is fantastic! Teams interact well between business sectors, leaders are driven and persistent but care for their people, encourage their reports and are always receptive to feedback. Plenty of room for career advancement and leadership fosters career development well. Aggressive uncapped commission structure. Company is at the forefront of the payments sector driving growth in the industry.

Cons

Recently went independent again after a 2 year ownership by FIS. These two years left Worldpay siloed, without support and any resources to invest in itself. BUT we are rebuilding independently again and are coming together again as a notable payments company.
