Pros

Nothing positive about this company and everything is negative and messy here. Heartful thanks to Glassdoor for giving the opportunity to give our valuable feedback about the company and spread the message and awareness to the entire world. This company is not suitable for senior level employees as there is no job security here. Anytime you can get laid off so please do not join this company at all and put yourself at risk.

Cons

I am located in Mumbai, India and worked in this company for 2 years. Really worst management, poor management, poor planning and poor execution of the spinoff process. This poor planning also resulted in layoffs for many employees and many employees have cursed Worldpay for taking away their jobs. We really wish this company doesn't exist as nothing is stable here. The negative points are given below: 1. No proper planning especially during the spinoff process. Very messy 2. Senior management have secured their positions and laid off employees at the mid level and senior level. Very selfish and cunning and no respect for humanity 3. The reporting managers keep changing every 2-3 weeks which shows poor structuring and poor management Ideally this company doesn't deserve any rating at all but we have to give some rating and hence given a 1 star here.

Pros

I left this job for a year and came back: it gave me a sense of security and I was grateful for the stability. For the most part, people know how to conduct themselves professionally: never encountered any outlandish behavior from anyone. There were some opportunities to get formal training on some software and there's access to LinkedIn learning for free. I heard of some people getting tuition reimbursement, but I didn't enroll in any degree programs while I was there.

Cons

I had to leave simply because I was pursuing a professional certification that required experience I wasn't getting at this company. I did encounter some people who were very resistant to any type of change where they might have to learn something new, but I think those types are everywhere. Some people got away with doing the bare-minimum, or not doing much at all because they made a mess of everything they touched. So in those cases, the rest of the team ends up picking up the slack and doing damage control.
