Fantastic people and culture. Hybrid approach works well, and work/life balance is good (and by the better managers, encouraged as much as possible). Great to be part of something so key to global economies. Pay is OK - good, but could be improved.

Cons

Decision making can be slow and overly bureaucratic. Progression not as easy as first promised.
