Can't really gauge the company roadmap as it keeps getting sold from one parent to another. As GP aquired Worldpay now, we can see some changes.

Decent PTO (sick, vacation, 2 personal choice holidays, 1 volunteer day), great Maternity Leave, completely covered short and long term disability, 401K contribution, remote and hybrid friendly

Cons

Product strategy is not mature, but they’re trying. They aren’t used to writing good user stories or having strong team ceremonies. There’s an active program some teams are participating in to try to be better/more agile. High respect for design, but a large ignorance of its role and responsibilities.
