Inclusive Manchester office culture - team lunches and after work drinks all the time. Pay is at or above industry average - AML pays well. Engagement committee always planning fun things in and out of the office. Decent and hardworking middle managers that actually care.

Cons

Second-rate IT systems that are old and clunky (a feature of the constant mergers and acquisitions). Silly corporate structure - lots of Senior Vice Presidents of made up stuff. The usual over-enthusiastic and cringey corporate America stuff.

The day I gave in my notice.

Cons

Boss was a micromanaging lunatic, with no people management skills whatsoever. I ended up on antidepressants - I’m so glad I’m out of there.

Benefits and pto are great

Cons

Pay is not competitive, leaders often making less than their reports. Company constantly getting acquired then separating then acquired again. Lack of support from executive leadership and HR.
