Only con is its acquisitions and mergers. That creates a lot of uncertainity and change in leadership.

Good flexibility and a fast growing company with good benefits

Cons

Lack of communication between manager and tech leads of what the expectations are. Unfairly let go of some people without any reason and very poor job security in many areas of finance. Training is non existent and expect you to learn as you go. They fail to abide by policies and expect to brush things under the carpet
