We understand that feeling siloed and not getting to know your colleagues can impact your sense of belonging. We're actively reviewing how we connect and engage with each other, and we’re introducing more opportunities for networking across the business.
Regarding redundancies, we recognize that these situations can be difficult. These decisions are never taken lightly, and we strive to handle them with transparency and respect, providing impacted Worldpayers with as much support as possible. This includes tailored sessions on navigating change as well as access to outplacement services to help with the transition.
