Pros

Excellent work-life balance; the company genuinely respects your personal time. • No micromanagement — managers trust employees to deliver their work independently. • Supportive and positive work culture; colleagues are collaborative and respectful.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive and there is very little recognition for good performance. • No bonus structure whatsoever, regardless of individual or company success. • Career progression is extremely slow and often blocked by HR policies. • Promotions feel more like a waiting game rather than being based on merit or achievements. • Chronic understaffing issues, with recruitment processes dragging on for months and putting pressure on existing teams.
