The people I've worked with have been hard-working, doing their best and very talented - but since FIS took over, there's been a lot more constraints and many good people have left. With the split, there's opportunity to get back to a faster pace, progressive company.

Cons

It's a hard place to get a promotion - it can be pretty top heavy in certain areas There can be a lack of strategy and direction Funding models within departments/business are complicated (may simplify with split) Quite a bit of red tape (may simplify with split)
