There is no micro-management, my overall annual goal was given to me and then it for me to define how best to achieve it, from a strategic, planning, implementation and reporting view. I had valuable critique from my line manager before this was presented to the wider business. One of the best companies, very dynamic. Great people and teamwork/collaboration is key.

Cons

Being part of a much wider organisation i.e. FIS, who are trying to centralise a number of functions across the group makes for inordinately long and often unachieved SLA's, which, if not properly managed can impact on delivery.
