Brand Name gets them by. It HAD been the company that provided great service and the most objective pricing

Cons

The many takeovers of the company by former competitors. They lost their position and reputation in the industry. Newest executives take credit for past success but should not. Most former employees who made the company the brand to choose are no longer there.
