      Pros

      High calibre team, growing business, good remuneration, sports and entertainment sponsorship offer some decent perks (Fulham FC, London 02 Arena, Singapore GP), truly global business.

      Cons

      Built up through a legacy of M&A activity. Did a lot of acquisition but not much merging. Makes everything very slow and complex with lots of duplication.
