Great place to work: collaborative colleagues and manager, relaxed environment, flexible working and lot things to learn and opportunities.

Cons

The last period wasn't great in terms of investment due to economic crisis and cut cost. The last announcement regarding the spin-off from FIS and the acquisition from a private equity firm will hopefully start to reinvest money. The transition to modern architecture as microservices is still quite far in my opinion.
