      Pros

      -The building and the view are gorgeous -Amenities (for now) -My team is awesome -My manager really allows me to grow and often asks the question of "what do I want to do?" -Execs and even 'C-Suite' folks are personable and for the most part easy to talk to.

      Cons

      -Open concept seating (terrible for concentration) -Company is still working through the split so things are still being ironed out (depending on your views, this can be a positive as there's really a chance to help build the company) -RTO-Especially sharing the building with FIS. It feels like when Jax events are going on, we're left out of participating. -The area of the building we've had to move to is rather small, but this might be changing...more to come.
