1. Decent WLB 2. No pressure on return to office, management had left it to individual /Team's choices 3. Transparent management. 4. Open to suggestions and feedback. 5. Now being an independent player, indulging in next gen tech & best engineering practices.

Cons

1. Since we have just become an independent company, certain process and procedures aren't fully made straight forward. 2. most folks have no clue who our HRs are. Since we are having 3 locations now, aiding for a monthly connect with our respective HRs would help.
