Pros
Great people who want to do the right thing, support one another, and take care of the customers / merchants. Very good benefits, pay, and career opportunities. Worldpay is the best company and culture that I have worked for in my career. They have also kept a high degree of flexibility by allowing hybrid work 2 to 3 days per week in the office. Management shows a genuine care and concern for the employees and I appreciated how kind and flexible they were when I had an ill family member that passed away.
Cons
The industry in general is competitive, but Workdpay has a lot of areas where it has the advantage in terms of its products and solutions for customers.
