Offers a salary and decent benefits. Great people to work with.

Cons

Terrible reputation. Company has gone downhill in every way for customer experience. Chaotic internally. There is no consistency in leadership. Always building the plane while flying it, but never with the right parts. The company doesn't own anything they sell and has made terrible agreements with partners who control everything.
